ZTE has announced their latest device related milestone. They are celebrating the 15th anniversary of their terminals division and the production of the 500 millionth handset. While 500 million is a rather large number, it seems the point they seem to be pushing is that they are the “first Chinese mobile device brand” to reach this milestone

ZTE has officially announced the GEEK smartphone. The handset was introduced during the Intel Developer Forum in Beijing, China.
Google is said to be working on a touchscreen version of the Chromebook .
The Pebble E-Paper watch will start shipping on January 23 for those that were part of its phenomenal Kickstarter success. Pebble made the announcement at its CES 2013 press event where it also confirmed that the Pebble would have a magnetic charging port, magnetometer and ambient light sensors.
A new Acer branded tablet has recently made a stopover with the FCC . The tablet is the Iconia B1 and while there are still some unanswered questions, this one is not looking like it will make all that big of a splash in the geek crowd.
